参桂胶囊治疗终末期肾病伴心力衰竭临床研究

Clinical Observation of Shengui Capsule in the Treatment of End-stage Renal Disease with Heart Failure

目的:探讨参桂胶囊治疗终末期肾病伴心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上服用参桂胶囊,每次0.9 g,每日3次,口服。结果:对照组有效率为55%,治疗组有效率为85%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与同组治疗前比较,超声心动图指标均好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较,治疗组超声心动图指标均较对照组好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参桂胶囊治疗终末期肾病伴心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengui capsule in the treatment of end-stage renal disease with heart failure. Methods ：40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy and the treatment group was given Shengni capsule based on the control group, once 0.9 g,3 times a day, orally. Results：The effective rate was 55% in control group and 85 % in treatment group. Compared the effective rate, the difference was statis- tically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. The ultrasonic cardiogram index was improved compared with before in both groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ultrasonic cardiogram index in treatment group was better than that in control group after treat- ment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengui capsule in the treatment of end-stage renal disease with heart failure has better clinical efficacy.
