益气活血化浊解毒汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Yiqi Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察益气活血化浊解毒汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将130例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组68例和对照组62例。对照组给予维酶素,每次0.8 g,每日3次,口服;治疗组口服益气活血化浊解毒汤,每日1剂。3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效治愈率及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),中医症状疗效临床治愈率及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化浊解毒汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of yiqi huoxue huazhuo jiedu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods ：130 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 68） and control group （n = 62 ）. The control group was given weimeisu ,0.8 g each time ,3 times a day, oral. The treatment group was given yiqi huoxue huazhuo jiedu decoc- tion, 1 agent daily, 3 month as one treatment course. Observe the curative effect after one courses of treatment. Results：The clinical effect and total effective rate of treatment group were better than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine recovery rate and total effective rate of treatment group were better than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi huoxue huazhuo jiedu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has evident curative effect.
