知柏地黄汤治疗阴虚火旺证痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Yin Deficiency-Fire Excess Syndrome Acne

目的:探讨知柏地黄汤治疗阴虚火旺证痤疮的临床疗效。方法:运用知柏地黄汤加减治疗60例阴虚火旺证的痤疮患者,观察治疗前及治疗后4周患者面部各类皮损的数量、形态(丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿)颜色及分布情况,以判断其临床疗效。结果:临床痊愈37例,显效10例,有效9例,无效4例,有效率为93.3%。结论:知柏地黄汤治疗阴虚火旺证痤疮疗效显著。文献引用:罗继红知柏地黄汤治疗阴虚火旺证痤疮临床观察[J].中医学报,2013,28(5):759-760.

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of zhibai dihuang decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency-fire excess syn- drome acne. Methods ： Use zhibai dihuang decoction in the treatment of 60 cases with yin deficiency-fire excess syndrome and observe the various types of skin lesions and distribution before treatment and after g weeks treatment. Results：37 cases were cured, excellence in 10 cases, effective in 9 cases and 4 cases with inefficiency. The effective rate was 93.5%. Conclusion：Zhibai dihuang decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency-fire excess syndrome acne has significant effect.
