针药结合治疗慢性功能性便秘临床研究

Clinical Research of Combined Treatment of Acupuncture and Medicine for Chronic Functional Constipation

目的:探讨中药结合针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。对照组采用自拟脾约润肠汤治疗,治疗组采在对照组的基础上联合针灸治疗,10 d为1个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组有效率为97.22%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药结合针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine for chronic functional constipation. Methods ：72 patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method ,36 ca- ses in each group. The control group was given Piyuerunchang decoction. The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy based on the control group, 10 d for a course of treatment. Results ：The effective power was 83.33% in control group and 97.22% in treatment group. Compared the effective power in two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Combined treat- ment of acupuncture and medicine for chronic functional constipation has distinct curative effect.
