药物联合穴位注射治疗耳带状疱疹临床研究

Clinical Research of Drugs Combined with Acupuncture Point Injection in the Treatment of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and Prevention Complications

目的:观察药物联合穴位注射治疗耳带状疱疹预防后遗症的疗效。方法:将耳带状疱疹患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组32例和对照组16例。对照组采用阿昔洛韦及醋酸泼尼松片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用穴位注射,2周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程,随访3个月。结果:治疗组两个疗程的有效率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分与对照组同期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药物联合穴位注射治疗耳带状疱疹起效快,治愈率高,疗效确切。

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of drug combined with acupoint injection therapy for Ramsay Hunt syndrome and pre- vention sequela. Methods ： Patients of Ramsay Hunt syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases and control group of 16 cases. The control group using acyclovir and prednisone acetate tablets treatment,the treatment group was treated with Acupoint Injec- tion on the basis of control group,2 weeks for 1 courses ,2 courses were observed ,follow-up 3 months. Results：The difference of efficiency rate was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The difference of VAS score was statistically significant too （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Drugs combined with acupointure point injection has a rapid onset, high cure rate, low occurrence rate of sequelae in the treatment of ramsay hunt syndrome.
