摘要
以细旦中空涤纶和低熔点涤纶为原料,采用混合针刺并结合热压工艺制备声屏障用非织造隔音板材.通过正交试验法对声屏障用非织造板材的热压成型工艺参数进行研究,探讨了纤维质量配比、成型温度、成型时间等工艺参数对声屏障用非织造板材隔音性能的影响.实验结果表明,当m(中空涤纶)∶m(低熔点涤纶)=50∶50、成型温度为165℃、成型时间为30 s时,所制备的声屏障用非织造板材的隔音性能最佳.
Acupuncture and hot pressing technology are employed to produce the nonwovens sound insulation board for sound barrier with fine denier hollow polyester and low melting point polyester as raw materials. The orthogonal test method is employed to study the hot pressing forming process parameters of the nonwovens sound insulation board for sound barrier. And it discusses the influence of heating temperature, heating time and the proportion of hollow polyester/low melting point polyester on the sound insulation performance. The experimental results show that, the best sound insulation performance of the nonwovens sound insulation board for sound barrier emerges when the m (hollow polyester):m (low melting point polyester) = 50:50, heating temperature is 165 ℃, heating time is 30 s.
