A new teaching system of inorganic chemistry experiment is constructed by improving teach- ing program, renovating teaching methods, and perfecting teaching evaluation system. The new teach- ing system can excite learning initiative of students, improve students experiment ability and innova- tion, and enhance experimental teaching quality. It is therefore that we can deem that laboratory is the cradle for nursing at innovative talents.
