摘要
目的探讨前列地尔对老年早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 2011年3月至2012年10月在我院内分泌科诊治的早期糖尿病肾病患者76例,随机分对照组和治疗组,每组38例。对照组采用临床常规的治疗方式,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用前列地尔治疗,连续用药14 d。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的水平。结果治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组FBG、HbA1c、TG、UAER较对照组明显好转,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论前列地尔对老年早期糖尿病肾病患者有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of alprostadil on elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 76 cases with early DN in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group （n = 38 ）was given clinical conventional treatment, and treatment group （n = 38） was given alprostadil on the basis of conventional treatment. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The clinical effect, the indexes of FBG,HbAlc,TC,TG,Scr,BUN,UAER of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy and the indexes above of treatment group were improved more significantly than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Alprostadil has a better therapeutic effect on elderly patients with early DN.
