摘要
目的建立测定丹膝颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA含量的HPLC法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:AgilentEclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(80∶20);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:30℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA在0.020 50~0.820 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.76%,RSD=1.33%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可用于丹膝颗粒的质量控制和评价方法 。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Danxi granula. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-CI8 (4. 6 mm ×150 mm ,5 μm)was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water( 80:20 ) with the detection wavelength at 270 rim, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results A good linear correlation of tanshinone Ⅱ_A was observed within the range of 0. 020 50 - 0. 820 0 μg( r = 0. 999 9 ) , with the average recovery was 99. 76% , RSD = 1.33% (n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good specificity and reproducibility, and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Danxi granula.
