2010年我院结核病区基本药物应用分析

Analysis of essential drugs in tuberculosis area of our hospital in 2010

目的了解我院结核病区基本药物的应用情况,为2012年新的《国家基本药物目录》的调整提供参考。方法根据《国家基本药物目录.基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009版,以下简称2009版目录),统计我院结核病区2010年药物销售数据,应用金额排序法对其进行分析。结果我院结核病区应用了160种基本药物(西药+中成药),占2009版目录基本药物总数量(307种)的52.12%;其销售金额(西药+中成药)为430.58万元,占结核病区药品总收入(2 266.06万元)的19%。结论我院结核病区基本药物的使用品种数低于河南省卫生行政部门的要求(≥90%),基本药物的销售金额符合省卫生行政部门的要求(≥12%)。

Objective To investigate the utilization of essential drugs in tuberculosis area of our hospital and to provide reference for National Essential Drug List（2012 edition）. Methods Sales data of drugs included in the National Essential Drug List · Primary Medical and Health Institutions Part（ 2009 edition）were collected from our hospital during 2010. The order of amount was employed to analyze sales data. Results 160 kinds of essential drugs ,including western drugs and Chinese patent drugs, were used in our hospital, accounting for 52. 12% of the total number of essential drugs（307 species） ,the sales amount of 160 kinds of essential drugs was ￥4 305 800,accounting for 19% of the cost of drugs in tuberculosis area（￥ 22 660 600）. Conclusion The varieties of essential drugs in tuberculosis area is less than 90% of essential drugs required by health administrative departments in Henan Province ,but the amount of the total drug cost of essential drug rates is more than 12%.
