摘要
针对当前食用植物油掺劣(如地沟油)检测方法不足、仪器和标准严重滞后的现状,基于不同食用植物油在电磁波的激励下出现的弛豫特性差异,应用高性能32位Cortex-M0微控制器,设计了食用植物油弛豫阻抗特性检测仪,包括传感器、小信号处理、阻抗特性专用集成电路、温度补偿、MCU数据程序,以及显示与串行通讯等模块,实现了食用植物油弛豫阻抗特性的检测.为食用植物油的监测提供了一种新的技术手段,可以用于食品安全的快速现场筛查.
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art in detecting adulterated edible vegetable oil (such as hogwash oil), such as lack of detection methods and instruments and outdated standard, we designed a detector for detecting the relaxation behavior of edible vegetable oil by using a high-performance 32-bit Cortex-M0 microcontroller based on the fact that different edible plant oils had difference in relaxation behavior when being excited by electromagnetic wave. The detector included a sensor,a small signal processor,an impedance characteristic specific integrated circuit, a temperature compensator, a MCU data program, a display and serial communication module, and so on. The detector is a new means for monitoring the edible vegetable oil, and can be used for quick field screening to ensure food security.
