摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展和日益普及,近年来企业IT能力的研究得到了学术界和实务界越来越多的关注,但是受到早期构念测量方法不完善的影响,现有企业IT能力研究中普遍存在着测量模型误用问题,许多研究将构成型测量模型误用为反映型测量模型,这严重影响了IT能力研究的进一步发展。,本文在对反映型测量模型和构成型测量模型辨析的基础上,讨论了IT能力构念采用构成型测量模型的合理性;并采用访谈法、问卷调查等多种研究方法,设计了一个构成型内外部IT能力测量量表,并使用偏最小二乘法(PLS)检验了该量表的有效性,研究结果显示该量表具有较好的信度和效度。
With the rapid development and increasing popularity of 1T, enterprise's IT capabilities have been investigated intensively by academics and practitioners in recent years. [towever, due to the weekness of early constructs measurement methods, there are a lot of misuses for measurement model on IT capability construct in existing studies. Many studies misused lbrmative measurement model as reflective measurement model, which seriously affected the further development of IT capabilities studies. Based on the comparision between reflective measurement model and lbrmative measurement model, this paper claims that using formative measurement model for 11" capability construct is reasonable. Then, a tbrmative measurement model lbr internal and external IT capability construct is introduced Using PLS analysis method, the effectiveness of the formative measurement model is tested. The result means that the lbrmative measurement model has good reliability and validity
