木聚糖酶及其在仔猪生产中的应用

Xylanases and Applications in Piglets Production

木聚糖是麦类、谷物等作物中含有的一种抗营养因子,其能增加食糜的黏性,降低养分的消化和吸收率。日粮中添加木聚糖酶,可以提高营养成分消化率,减少仔猪腹泻发病率,改善仔猪生长性能,文章就木聚糖酶及其在仔猪生产中的应用作以概述。

Xylan was an anti-nutritional agent contained in wheat, corn and other crops that increased the vis- cosity of chyme and reduce the digestion and absorption of nutrients. The xylanases diet can increase the digestibili- ty of nutrients in the diet and reduce the incidence of diarrhea in piglets, which can greatly improve the growth of piglets. Applications of xylanases in piglets production were reviewed in this paper.
