摘要
分析了不同地区间风电功率波动特性、负荷特性、电源结构的差异对系统风电接入量的影响。根据东北地区三省实测数据,分析了不同地区风电的"错峰"效应和负荷的"汇聚效应"。建立了以火电调峰为主的系统风电接纳经济性模型,通过算例分析揭示了跨区消纳风电使得系统风电接入量增加,系统运行经济性改善的现象,从经济性角度论证了跨区消纳风电的可行性。
The effects of the system peak modulation capacity,which are caused by differences of wind power fluctuation ,load characteristic and power source structure between different provinces, have been analyzed. Based on measured data in Northeast China, the clustering effect of wind power and load has been defined. The economic model of wind power integration in the power system peak-regulated by thermal power units has been proposed. The calculating-examples analysis proved that the amount of wind power accessed by the whole sys- tem could be increased and the system operation economy could be improved by cross-provincial wind power integrating. The feasibility assessment of cross-provincial wind power integration could be demonstrated.
