企业在生产过程中的组织方式、管理技术和管理理念要适应社会发展的需求,"生产运营与管理"课程的知识内涵和外延也应相应地转变。结合我院工商管理专业人才培养目标和人才培养方案,以"精"、"新"、"用"为教改思路,设计了本课程整体知识体系,以使培养符合现代制造业人才需求的优秀人才。

The organizational pattern, managerial technology and concepts of the enterprise＇ s production process should meet the needs of the development of the society, and the knowledge connotation and extension of the Production and Operation Management course should also be corresponding with the changes. Consider- ing the objectives and programs for the personnel training of the Industrial and Commercial Management major in our college, and taking the excellent, new, useful as the education reform ideas, this paper designs the overall knowledge system to make the program meeting the needs of modern manufacturing industry.
