University is a place to spread and bring about the thought and it is also a place to cultivate wide- spread ideals of value. The belief and value-pursuit of university is the top building structure and the soul of univer- sity culture. It can＇t be separated between university and philosophy. If culture of university is the foundation and blood lineage of university, its blood vessel must be filled with life vitality of principle worship. Philosophy has great value for university in obtaining its own belief and value, and initiating intelligence of university students. It also has great value for university culture to lead the development of social culture.
