陶行知“好教育与好教师”教育理念的辩证解析

A Dialectical Analysis of the Educational Concepts of Tao Xingzhi's "Good Education and Good Teachers"

陶行知的"好教育与好教师"教育理念对当今时代办好人民满意的教育有着重要意义。好教育的基本标准有两条:一是办学目标符合社会发展和人民大众的要求;二是教育过程和内容符合人的发展规律。但好教育只有具有科学教育价值观并能将真善美和谐统一起来开展教育的好教师才有可能实现,人民满意的教育是好教育与好教师在教育实践中的辩证统一。

Tao Xingzhi＇s educational philosophy of ＂good education and good teachers ＂ is of great significance to the goal of making people content with education. The educational idea of Tao Xingzhi tells us that there are two the basic standards of good education： one is that the school goal should meet the requirements of social develop- ment and the masses of the people ; the other is that the education process and content should be consistent with the law of development of human. However, the good education can be achieved only if people hold scientific value of education and unite kindness, authenticity and beauty into a harmonious entity.
