It first introduces the evolution of RCS standards, and analyzes the RCS advantages from the point of view of users, operators and third-party developers separately. Then it describes the RCS API and the other API research organizations, and points out the important role of RCS API. Finally, it summarizes the global deployment situation of RCS, and analyzes the issues to be con- sidered n the development of the RCS deployment solution.
