摘要
马来西亚沐若水电站是由长江三峡集团公司联合国内其他3家相关企业对外承担的大型水电建设工程项目。面对国外复杂的经济政策环境、水文地质技术风险,以及物价波动和劳务管理问题,参与合作的各方以改进管理理念、完善运作模式、简化管理关系为指导思想,创新管理机制,创造了合作共赢的特色工程。在设计建设过程中,以技术领先、质量保证为管理核心,以重视差异、相互融合为工作要求,充分重视安全与环保,在涉外水电工程项目建设管理方面,取得了可资借鉴的宝贵经验。
Murum Hydropower Station in Malaysia is a large scale hydropower project undertaken by China Three Gorges Cor- poration with other 3 related domestic enterprises. Facing the technical risks such as complicated economic and political environ- ment overseas, and hydrogeology, as well as the problems of price fluctuation and labor management, the participants innovated the management mechanism and created all - win work in a way of improving management concept, perfecting operation mode and simplifying management relations, etc. During the design and construction process, by taking the concepts of advance in technol- ogy and quality guarantee as the core of management, respecting the differences and promoting the mutual integration as require- ment, paying attention to the safety and environmental protection, the valuable experience for overseas hydropower project con- struction was obtained.
