沐若水电站进水口事故检修门设计

摘要 马来西亚沐若水电站进水口事故检修门为平面定轮门,孔口尺寸8.0m×8.65m(宽×高),设计水头44.0 m。由于设计和布置方案的调整,而事故检修门前又未设置检修门,导致事故检修门及埋件的检修困难。因此,业主要求所有埋件的外露面均采用不锈钢,主支承定轮的滚轮也采用不锈钢,故不锈钢主轨和不锈钢滚轮的设计是事故门设计的关键。经充分调研后,决定滚轮和主轮踏面材料均选用美国牌号S32205和S32750的技术标准,但由中国企业生产。产品出厂后,经检测,所有性能指标均满足美国产不锈钢牌号及设计要求,最终完成施工设计。详细介绍了设计过程,积累的设计经验可供同类工程参考。 The emergency maintenance gate of water intake of Murum Hydropower Station is fiat fixed gate, and the size of the orifice is 8.0 m x 8.65 m with a design water head of 44.0 m. The check and repair of the gate and other embedded parts is dif- ficult due to absence of emergency gate before the emergency maintenance gate. Therefore, the owner required that stainless steel should be adopted for the appearance of all the embedded parts and the roller. The design of stainless main - rail and roller was the key of emergency maintenance gate design. After research and survey, it was decided that S32205 and S32750 with U. S. trademark were selected for the material of roller and tread surface, but the manufacturer is Chinese enterprises. The test showed that all performance indexes of the Chinese products met the design demand. The design process was introduced in detail.
