摘要
通过对某高层公寓事故桩基的评估与处理,认为事故桩基的评估与处理,应结合各种检测方法,最大限度发挥各种检测长处,并通过相互验证来提高评估准确性;事故桩基的加固应根据可靠的评估结论,结合工程实际情况及现场场地地质条件采取多种可行的综合措施来处理。为保障工程安全及其经济效益,应在施工过程强化施工质量控制;桩基检测的抽样要保证其随机性,桩基分部工程结束后,一定要采取直观、可靠的桩基检测方法进行检测。
The foundation pile accident of a certain multi-storeyed apartment building was evaluated and treated. The testing methods of the foundation piles were discussed in relation with the actual engineering project. The approaches to improve the accuracy of the inspection were presented. The approaches included the randomness of the sampling, adopting reliable visual testing methods to test the sectional parts after completion. Integrated measures were recommended for the strength the accidental foundation pile based on the overall quality evaluation and the site conditions. ening of Suggestions on improving the quality control of the engineering projects were proposed.
