基于OPC的铝挤压机状态监测及故障诊断系统 被引量:2

摘要 为提高大型铝型材挤压机的管理水平,以55MN挤压机为对象,研究基于OPC的铝挤压机状态监测及故障诊断系统。根据挤压机控制器S7-400 PLC的重要状态变量和故障变量,编辑OPC条目符号,加载到SimaticNet OPC服务器地址空间中。PC机基于VB.Net和RsiOPCAuto建立OPC客户端,实时访问OPC服务器的条目符号,实现状态监测及故障诊断,通过GSM短信终端将重要故障通知管理人员。管理人员通过局域网监控挤压机运行状态,通过GSM短信远程了解挤压机的工作状态及故障报警情况。研究表明,基于该系统,管理人员可以及时有效掌握挤压机的运行状态和故障状态,从而降低设备故障率,减少停机时间。 To improve the management of large aluminium extrusion press, OPC ( OLE for process control)-based condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for aluminium extrusion press was discussed via 55MN large aluminium extrusion press. OPC items were edited by means of the main state variables and fault variables in S7-d00 PLC and loaded into the SimaticNet OPC server. OPC customer terminal was developed based on VB. Net and RsiOPCAuto (PC program) by which the customer can access OPC items in real time, monitor the status and faults of the extrusion press on line. Serious faults were allerted (notified) to the supervisors via GSM SMS terminal, in this way the personnel (managers) can monitor the status of the large extrusion press via LAN and obtain the status and faults information of the extrusion press through GSM SMS terminal at a remote place. The results indicate that the system can help the supervisors timely grasp the condition and faults of the extrusion press to reduce equipment failures and stoppage time.
