漳州历史文化街区整治保护规划偏重于外在物质形态的保护,对非物质遗产的挖掘和保护不力;整治保护规划缺少开发繁荣历史文化街区的总体设想;对历史建筑的原真性有所忽视。建议历史文化街区整治保护规划要有各类专家和市民的广泛参与;实行历史文化街区动态保护模式。

The disadvantages in protection planning of historic conservation area in Zhangzhou are indicated. The protection planning focuses on the external material form but fails to protect intan- gible heritage, which lacks of overall planning of the developing and prosperity of the historic blocks in Zhangzhou and attaches no due importance to the authenticity of the historic buildings. It is sug- gested that experts and citizens participate in the protecting plan and implement dynamic protection of historic conservation area.
