不同品系地木耳藻胆蛋白含量的比较研究

对6个不同品系地木耳的藻胆蛋白含量进行测定,结果表明:不同产地的地木耳藻胆蛋白含量是存在差异的.采于内蒙古察哈尔右翼前旗的品系不论是藻蓝蛋白、别藻蓝蛋白、藻红蛋白,还是总藻胆蛋白含量在6个品系中都是最高的,而采于陕西榆林的品系则相反,各项含量均为最低.
