摘要
创新是图书馆作为一个服务部门生存和发展的关键。以创新的视角,以广西科技大学图书馆流通部门为例,在管理理念的指导下,分析了流通工作可以围绕人力资源管理模式和流通业务创新两方面来开展。
Innovation of Library as a service sector is the key to the surival and development. The author with the perspective of innovation, with the Library of Guangxi university of science and technology Circulation Department as an example, in the management under the guidance of the concept, analysis the circulation around the mode of human resources management and service innovation in two aspects to carry out.
