摘要
图书编目工作是为图书馆的各项读者服务工作提供支持的重要环节,图书编目质量是文献信息服务得以顺利开展的根本保证。编目工作只有以读者为中心,以满足读者的文献信息需求为出发点,并根据图书馆特色制定相应编目准则,提高编目服务意识,才能真正提高图书编目质量,才能更好地为读者服务。
Book cataloging supports an important part of providing librery services for the readers. Cataloguing quality is the fundamental guarantee for smooth conduct of the literature information service. Only reader-centered Cataloging and meeting readers' needs for documentary information as a starting point can really improve the quality of cataloguing. According to the characteristics of this Institute, it is essential to formulate appropriate cataloging standards so that the quality of cataloguing can be truly improved.
