通过对管理B类馆员误区的分析,提出了建设"B类馆员团队"的构思。促使B类馆员发挥特性,团结合作。从而凝聚B类馆员团队力量,实现对B类馆员的创新管理。

Based on detailed analysis of some misconceptions, the thesis aims to put forth some creative approach of Class B librarians management -- constructing Class B-librarian team, so as to prompt motivation and cooperation among Class B librarians.
