通过对目前冷冻产品加工企业主要物流模式的分析,得出"自营+外包"的物流模式是当前物流发展水平下最具潜力的物流发展模式,在此基础上引入外包比例作为决策变量,经计算得出"自营+外包"物流模式的最佳外包比例为冷冻产品加工企业物流模式的运作提供了参考。

In this paper, though the analysis of the logistics mode in frozen products processing enterprises, we draw the conclusion that ＂operating in-house＋outsourcing＂ logistics modes the most potential mode in the present level of logistics development, on this basis, we introduce outsourcing proportion as a decision variable, get the best outsourcing proportion in the ＂operating inhouse＋outsourcing logistics＂ mode though calculation, which provide a reference for the frozen products processing enterprise logistics mode of operation.
