This paper introdues the concept and characteristics kidnapping tourism,and takes Guangxi Red River Lishuiwan scenic area as an example, analyzing the kidnapping tourism development conditions, and according to the actual puts forward the idea of ＂kidnapping trourism＂ product development, provides a refernce for the relevant areas and the scenic tourism planning and development practice.
