摘要
大面积脑梗死具有起病急、进展快、致残率病死率高、预后差及治疗困难等特点。为进一步了解当前可能有效的治疗措施,促进大面积脑梗死患者预后的改善,为临床提供可参考的研究证据。本文综述了与大面积脑梗死临床处理相关的研究进展。
Massive cerebral infarction is Characterized by acute onset, rapid progression, high disability and mortality, poor prognosis and difficult treatment. This paper reviews the research progress of the clinical management of massive cerebral infarction in order to provide research evidence for clinicians.
