和肽素在心血管疾病中的应用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 神经内分泌系统在心血管疾病的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。精氨酸加压素(arginine vasopressin,AVP)是下丘脑释放的主要激素之一,参与调节血流动力学和血浆渗透压。和肽素(copeptin)是AVP前体C-末端的一部分,是一个稳定和敏感的可替代测量AVP的生物学标记物。有研究表明和肽素可为心脏疾病、中风、重症感染等疾病提供危险分层、预后评估等重要信息。我们就和肽素在心血管系统疾病中的应用研究进展做一综述。
