摘要
本文从我国工业化的特殊性出发 ,以人均收入水平为主、三次产业结构和工业内部结构为辅来分析工业化进程 ,认为当前我国的工业化只处于中期阶段的上半期 ,但产业结构偏差和工业结构升级缓慢 ,影响了工业化中经济的持续增长和增长质量的上升。因此 ,现阶段推进工业化的模式应该是 ,通过加快第三产业发展来带动农业剩余劳动力转移和农民收入水平较快提高 ,消除人均收入水平与工业产出比重不协调而产生的需求制约 ,以支持工业化阶段的演进和经济较高速稳定增长 ;同时 ,通过加快体制改革促进市场化、城市化与工业化的协调发展 ,加快装备工业发展以带动工业结构升级 。
Based on an analysis of the particular features of the industrialization process in China, per capita income, the three industrial structures, and the inner industrial structure, the author suggests that industrialization in China is now only in the initial period of the second stage. The slow upgrading of the industrial structure and its imbalances have adversely affected sustained economic growth and improvements in the quality of such growth. We should accelerate the development of tertiary industries so that they can absorb more surplus rural labor, increase the incomes of farmers, and overcome the restrictions on demand so that industrialization will proceed smoothly. It is also important to improve the quality of economic development by promoting the coordination of commercialization, urbanization and industrialization, and by upgrading the industrial structure on the basis of a deepening of the reforms.
