摘要 胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,化疗是胃癌术后的主要治疗措施,而多药耐药性的产生常导致化疗失败,严重阻碍化疗进程,直接影响患者预后,因而促使人们对胃癌多药耐药问题进行深入研究.RNA干扰技术能特异、有效地阻断靶基因的表达,近年来已逐渐应用于胃癌多药耐药的基因治疗,并取得了较大进展.本文就目前RNA干扰在胃癌多药耐药研究中的相关进展作一综述. Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. Chemotherapy is the main treatment for gastric cancer after operation. However, multidrug resistance of tumor cells always reduces its effectiveness and influences the prognosis of patients directly. For this reason, more and more scientific researchers have been dedicated to the in-depth study of multidrug resistance in gastric cancer. RNA interference allows specific and effectiveinhibition of the expression of target genes and has been gradually applied to gene treatment for multidrug resistance in gastric cancer. The widespread use of RNA interference in recent years has led to many achievements. This article aims to review the role of RNA interference in research of multidrug resistance in gastric cancer.
