摘要
白塞病(Behcet's disease,BD)累及消化系统时,易造成肠穿孔,临床上常发生误诊,手术是主要治疗手段,但疗效欠佳,术后易并发肠瘘.所以本病的外科治疗需制定合理的手术方案,通畅引流,术后积极进行长期有效的内科治疗.
Behcet＇s disease may lead to perforation of the intestine, which is often misdiagnosed. Surgical operation is the main treatment, but intestinal fistula is an important postoperative complication. Therefore, surgical treatment of Behcet＇s disease requires reasonable operation planning, unobstructed drainage and effective postoperative treatment.
