摘要
随着人口老龄化以及糖尿病（DM）和慢性肾病（CKD）等疾病的增多，血管钙化已成为普遍现象。学者对其流行病学、临床表现及调节机制的研究均取得了很大进展。炎症反应和氧化应激是血管钙化的重要病理过程，这些在DM和CKD患者中更为普遍，但其确切发生机制仍不十分清楚。
