摘要
目的研究芎麻汤不同提取物对硝酸甘油偏头痛模型大鼠血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、五羟色胺(5-HT)、内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法 110只雌雄各半的SD大鼠随机分为11组,分别为空白组、模型组、挥发油组、石油醚提取物组、乙酸乙酯提取物组、正丁醇提取物组、乙酸乙酯加正丁醇提取物组、萃取后剩余水液组、水提醇沉组、水提液组、布洛芬组。采用大鼠皮下注射(10mg/kg)硝酸甘油致偏头痛模型,给药后测定各组大鼠血浆中NO、CGRP、5-HT、ET的含量。结果与模型组比较,水提液组、乙酸乙酯组、乙酸乙酯加正丁醇组大鼠血浆中NO、CGRP、5-HT、ET含量降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,水提醇沉组CGRP、5-HT含量降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,正丁醇组NO、CGRP、5-HT含量降低(P<0.05)。结论芎麻汤各提取物对偏头痛大鼠模型有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To study the effects of different extracts of Xiongma decoction on plasma nitrogen dioxide (NO), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and endothelin (ET) in nitroglycerin-induced migraine models in rats. Methods Totally ll0 SD rats (55 males and 55 females) were randomly divided into 11 groups: blank group, model group, volatile oil group, petroleum ether extract group, ethyl acetate extract group, n-butyl alcohol extract group, ethyl acetate extract plus n-butyl alcohol extract group, surplus liquid water after extract group, water alcohol sink group, Xiongma decoction extract group, and ibuprofen group. The migraine models were induced by injecting 10 mg/kg nitroglycerin into the rats to observe the effects of different extracts of Xiongma decoction on levels of plasma NO, CGRP, 5-HT and ET. Results Serum NO, CGRP, 5-HT and ET levels were significantly decreased in Xiongma decoction extract group, ethyl acetate extract group, and ethyl acetate extract plus n-butyl alcohol extract group compared with model group (P〈0.05). CGRP and 5-HT levels were decreased in water alcohol sink group compared with model group (P〈0.05). NO, CGRP and 5-HT levels were decreased in n-butyl alcohol extract group compared with model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Different extracts of Xiongma decoction have a certain therapeutic effect on nitroglycerin-induced migraine models in rats.
