冠状动脉覆膜支架的研究进展和应用现状 被引量：3

摘要 覆膜支架是在金属支架表面覆盖特殊膜性材料的支架，既保留了金属支架的功能，又具有膜性材料的特性，能够处理很多普通支架所不能解决的病变。近年来，应用覆膜支架治疗周围血管病变日益增多，并取得较理想的效果。在冠状动脉病变中，覆膜支架作为一种具有特殊结构和功能的治疗手段，对传统的治疗手段（外科手术、传统支架治疗及药物治疗）是一种补充。
