上海市暴雨积水灾害成因及防治对策研究

Research on the cause and its preventive and curing countermeasures

文章首先对上海市区暴雨的规律和暴雨积水的成因进行了分析，在此基础上，同时结合日本东京等大城市的成功做法，对上海暴雨积水灾害的防治提出八项建议。

In this article we first analysed the Shanghai downtown rainstorm's regularity and the cause of rainstorm inundation. Based on this work ire united Tokyo metropolis successful experience, suggested eight points on how to prevent and cure Shanghai rainstorm inundation disaster.
