不同浓度平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效观察

The efficacy of treatment of oral and maxillofacial venous malformations by pingyangmycin injection with different concentrations

目的:总结不同浓度的平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的效果,为临床应用平阳霉素治疗静脉畸形提供参考。方法:回顾2006—2012年采用平阳霉素治疗的194例静脉畸形患者的临床资料,对不同部位的静脉畸形采用不同浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗,具体为皮肤表面静脉畸形为8 mg/8 mL,黏膜及黏膜下静脉畸形为8 mg/5 mL。结果:皮肤静脉畸形有效率为94.9%,口腔黏膜静脉畸形有效率为100%。结论:对不同部位的静脉畸形采用不同浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗,可取得较好的效果,并减少不必要的并发症。

PURPOSE： To evaluate the clinical effect of using different concentrations of pingyangmycin to treat venous malformations in oral and maxillofaeial region. METHODS： One hundred and ninety-four patients with venous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region were included and treated by pingyangmycin injection with different concentrations. For superficial cutaneous venous malformations, the concentration of pingyangmycin was 8mg/mL while 8mg/5mL for venous malformations limited to oral mueosa or submucosa. RESULTS： The efficient of cutaneous venous malformations was 94.9%,while 100% for oral mucosal and submucosa. CONCLUSIONS： Using different concentrations of pingyangmyein for venous malformations in different sites can get ,good results and reduce unnecessary complications.
