多重打击淋巴瘤的研究进展

摘要多重打击淋巴瘤是一类介于弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤与伯基特淋巴瘤之间不能明确分类的异质性疾病,具有生存期短、预后差、易复发等特点,现已引起越来越多临床医师的重视。本文就多重打击淋巴瘤的分子遗传学、流行病学和临床特征、组织病理学、免疫表型、治疗及预后方面作一综述。 Multiple-hit lymphoma is a heterogeneous disease classified as B-cell lymphomas, unclassifiable, with features intermediate between diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and Burkitt＇s lymphoma. It is characterized by worse overall survival, extremely poor prognosis, and easy to relapse. Here is to review the most recent research on molecular genetics, epidemiology, clinical feature, histopathology, immunophenotype, treatment and prognosis of multiple-hit lymphoma.
