右肺癌切除术后合并右侧胸腔侵袭性曲霉感染1例

摘要
患者女性，65岁。渊右肺腺癌术后2年余，咳嗽、咳痰、发热20天余入院。患者闪体检发现打肺占位，于2009年5月21日在江苏省肿瘤医院行“右中下肺切除术＋淋巴结清扫术”，术后病理显示“有肺低分化腺癌”，多组淋巴结均未见转移，术后未行辅助化疗。2009年11月，患者于江苏省中医院复查胸部CT显示“纵隔及右锁骨淋巴结肿大”，
