摘要
研究了锻造温度和正火温度对403Nb不锈钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:锻造温度和正火温度对强度和韧性的影响比对塑性的影响显著;采用1130℃锻造温度和1030℃正火温度是比较理想的可得到强韧性匹配较好的工艺方案。
The effects of forging and normalizing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 403Nb stainless steel were studied. The results show that: the influence of forging and normalizing temperature on strength and toughness is more significant than plasticity. Forging at 1130℃ and normalizing at 1030℃ is a better process, which obtains high strength and toughness.
