摘要
以不同质量分数的石灰石、白云石和萤石标准样品作为校正物质,采用熔融法制样成片,分别绘制CaO,MgO,SiO2,S工作曲线,利用X射线荧光光谱法测定钢铁冶金熔剂中的CaO,MgO,SiO2,S的质量分数,其分析结果准确,可以满足工厂日常生产的需要。
Standard sample with different mass fraction of limestone, dolomite and fluorite are used as the correction of the material, and sample pieces are made by melting method. The work curve are respectively mapped for CaO, MgO style, Si02 and S. X - ray fluorescence spectrometry is used to determine the mass fraction of CaO, MgO style, SiO2 and S in metallurgical flux. It shows that analysis results are accurate and meet the needs of daily production of the factory.
