摘要
Cr5系支承辊因具有良好的淬透性和耐磨性、硬化层深度深、耐事故性好而具有广阔的应用前景。基于国内对大型支承辊所做的工作,综述了Cr5型支承辊的发展现状,重点从制造工艺和热处理两方面进行阐释,并展望了支承辊未来的研究方向。
Cr5 series type back-up rolls have good hardenability, good wear resistance, the depth of the good induration layer depth and good resistant to accident, so they have the broad application. Based on the research of large back-up rolls in domestic, the present research situation of the roller was summarized. The research situation of the manufacturing process and heat treatment were emphasized, and the development trend of the back-up roll was look forward.
