摘要
为了研究含氟渣系成分变化对熔化温度的影响,根据五因素二次正交旋转回归法设计渣系配方,使用CQKJ-II型高温矿渣熔化温度特性测定仪,采用半球法对CaF2-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO渣系的熔化温度进行测定;建立了五元含氟渣系熔化温度的回归模型,研究了各组元对熔化温度的影响。结果表明:当CaF:的含量(质量分数)在10%~70%时.各组元相互作用对精炼渣熔化温度有着显著影响。
In order to research the effects of CaF2-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO slag composition on the melting temperature, the slag samples was prepared by quadratic orthogonal rotary regression. The slag melting temperature was measured by hemisphere method with the melting characteristic measuring apparatus (CQKJ- II ). The regression calculation equation on melting temperature was established according to the melting temperature analysis using regression analysis method, then the influence of oxide on the CaF2-based refining slag melting temperature was studied. The results show that when the content of CaF2 is from 10% to 70%, the interaction of the component has significantly influence on the melting temperature of slag.
