摘要
新工艺及新设备的研制往往存在难以预见的问题,造成生产的风险及成本的增加。分析了旋压引伸成形设备虚拟样机,包括设备的重量、零件数目、工作能力等参数,并预测了制作成本。通过建立仿真模型,确定了加工时间;通过对有限元仿真实验模型的成形分析,获得了该设备四个加工阶段的等效应变。这能为进一步的优化设计提供理论依据。
The difficult-predicted problems often exist in the development of new technology and new equipment, giving rise to the increase of risk and cost in the production. The virtual prototype of spinning-drawing equipment, including the device's weight, number of parts and working capacity was analyzed, and production costs were predicted. Through the establishment of the simulation model, the machining time was determined. By means of forming analysis of the finite element simulation based on the experimental model, the equivalent strain of four stages of forming process in the device was acquired, which could provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization design.
