摘要
由于铝材的物理特性和化学特性的原因,导致其激光焊接过程中易出现气孔、裂痕等问题。本文通过对激光焊接铝材时易出现的各种缺陷的分析,找出激光焊接铝制件时保证其良好密封性的加工工艺。
Due to the physical and chemical properties of the aluminum material, that lead to aluminum material generate pores, cracks and other problems. In this paper, though analysis the defect during laser weld the aluminum material, the author find out the processing of ensure aluminum material have good tightness welded by laser.
