摘要
为提高利用ANSYS进行多丝直缝埋弧焊数值模拟的分析效率,简化操作程序,在ANSYS平台上,针对多丝直缝埋弧焊的特点,利用其固有的参数化设计语言APDL进行二次开发,编制了一套参数化的多丝直缝埋弧焊数值仿真模块。此模块集成了大量的参数输入,能满足不同工艺条件下的数值模拟。利用此模块可以方便快捷地进行基于ANSYS的多丝直缝埋弧焊的数值模拟。整个过程完全实现了参数化建模、加载和后处理,从而减少了前后处理时间,提高了分析效率,并通过试验证明了此套模块的有效性。
For improving the analysis efficiency of simulation of multi-wires LSAW based on ANSYS software and the features of multi-wires LSAW, a set of modules were designed by ANSYS parameter design language (APDL). The multi-wires LSAW can be simulated by the modules. Modeling, loading and post-analysis can be performed by inputting concerned parameters, so the analysis efficiency can be greatly improved. The modules can be verified by the consistency of the results between experiments and simulations.
