摘要
通过对渣罐车车架材料Q345C的焊接性分析,选择CO2气体保护焊方法,采用合理的焊接参数、焊接工艺和工装,可有效防止其产生焊接缺陷,保证了车架的焊接质量,提高了生产效率。本研究也为其它结构尺寸大、板材厚、受力复杂构件的焊接提供参考。
The CO2 gas shielded arc welding was selected to weld Q345C frame of slag-pot lorry by analyzing the complex structure and mechanical characteristics. By adopting the rational welding parameters, the welding process and fixtures can effectively prevent the welding defects, ensure the welding quality of the frame and improve the production efficiency, which can provide references for the welding of large size, thicker sheet and complicated force components.
