摘要
由于工作环境的特殊性,当前的焊机普遍存在操作复杂、耗费人工等缺陷;一种焊接电流及时有效的调节方法对焊机的应用与发展有重要的意义。将电流调节旋钮移至焊把,利用焊接间歇时间调节电流,实现了电流的有线远程调节;该结构简单、工作可靠、控制功能有可扩充性,为电焊机远程控制提供了技术支持。
Due to the particularity of working environment, the current welder exists is complicated to operate, and consumes artificial defects. A method for adjusting welding current timely and effectively has important significance for the application and development of the welder. Turning the current adjustment knob to weld thread, to adjust current in intermittent welding time, the wired remote adjustment of the current was achieved. The structure is simple, reliable, and scalability control functions, which can provide technical support for welding machine remote control.
